After completing dual engineering degrees at one of the most prestigious architectural universities in China, Lillian went on to work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over 5 years. She has an extensive understanding of Chinese government structure, organisation, culture and business relations. She used to be involved in various international construction tendering, including the general Consulate of China in New York, Mongolia, Singapore, France and Egypt. The projects ranged from £5million to £500 million. |

Lillian came to the UK in 2002 to pursue her further education. She chose to study an MA in business management. Before setting up CEDP, Lillian had been working for an international relocation company in London, providing her with hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of HR management, marketing, sales strategy and financial management within a British organisation. She set up a sales division from scratch in 2006 and achieved a £1.5million revenue in the first year.

Frank studied at the Shan Dong University of Technology. He came to the UK in 2003 as an exchange student at the University of Wales and received a BA in business management in 2005. He attended Warwick Business School in 2005 and successfully completed his MSc in Marketing and Strategy. During his studies, he managed the Asian Doctor Marketing Research project, sponsored by the European Pharmaceutical Market Research Association.
Frank set up a media company after graduation and published the first Chinese Yellow Pages.
In 2009, he successfully launched the UK Chinese Football Championship, another milestone in becoming the leading Chinese media pioneer in the UK.

DAVID SOLOMONS (Culture Specialist ) |

David is one of the world’s leading experts on Cultural Intelligence and has delivered papers on cross cultural understanding throughout the world, including acting as a regular speaker at the world renowned Conference for World Affairs in Boulder, Colorado. He was also on the steering committee of a British cross-party parliamentary initiative working for the establishment of a Ministry for Peace.
Born and raised in England, David’s background is in behavioural psychology as well as training and business. Having lived, worked and run organizations in the U.S., The Middle East, Spain, France and the U.K., he is fluent in four languages. He is an approved speaker for The Speaker’s Bureau, and also trained as a psychotherapist.
He was recently appointed as official Cultural Intelligence trainer to the British Olympic Committee.

MARTIN EVERARD (Television Specialist) |

From working as a BBC Continuity Announcer and Television Newsreader in Northern Ireland, he moved to London as the Senior BBC Television Presentation Editor. Martin later ran the Pan-European Super Channel and UK Gold, where he directed all aspects of on-screen presentation, and promotion.
After a few months consulting for Channel 4, Meridian and TVS Television stations, Martin returned to BBC TV as Executive Producer, devising and producing popular series.
Today Martin is now a respected consultant to the television broadcast industry.
